The Assistance Office has a Presidium of Experts, consisting of insurance, legal, certified engineers, forensic, medical and other experts.

Depending on the content of the service order and the goals set, the Expert Presidium’s investigations, assessments and conclusions may be complex, covering not only technical but also legal, insurance, liability and other specific research issues. This is different from the current practice of expert investigations established in the insurance market. The Expert Presidium of the Assistance Bureau is capable of assessing the entire complex of the circumstances of the incident, technical and legal issues, linking this with insurance relations and legal norms

The Presidium of Experts examines various situations of insurance market participants, if such assistance is needed in resolving problems and disagreements arising in practice, when moderation and mediation in dispute management are necessary, especially when disagreements between the parties to an insurance contract arise regarding the amount of damage, the cause of the loss, the liability of the parties or other issues
